Our Summer Food Festival showcases all that's best in British Summer food and there will be lots of delicious foods to try and buy.

Suppliers showcasing their products will include: Sussex Gold rape seed oils and salad dressings, Country Cakes, Lyme Bay cider and country wines, Forest chutneys, Auguste Noel Sussex Farmhouse Jams, Cotswold Fayre sweetcorn Relish & Spice meat marinades, ideal for the BBQ.

Chef Kate Moore will be carrying out food demonstrations between 12 noon and 4pm, featuring seasonal foods.Food tastings that will be taking place include:

BBQ sausage tasting, Chocolate and fudge tasting, Salcombe ice cream tasting, Summer drinks tasting, Deli, cheese and ham tastings, and Flan Frenzy - our Farmhouse Kitchen chefs will be going flan mad with fruit and savoury flans to try and buy.
