The Ludlow Food Centre in partnership Ambalama Spices is giving everybody the opportunity to learn about spices. 

The FREE workshop will take place at the Ludlow Food Centre on Saturday 13th June at 11.30am and will include cooking demonstrations, tastings and recipe ideas. 

All the questions you have about spices, how to use them, in what quantities and with what ingredients will be answered by Ambalama Spice’s Jean and Nigel Sturtivant.
